During my time at NLF I have worked with various organisational units. I have also worked in close proximity to the CEO, the Finance Manager, HR Director and Programme managers and I have learnt a lot about leadership, negotiation, communication skills etc. This also gave me an insight into how different organisational units interact. I have developed in terms of confidence and showing up and this is attributed by the nature of my work where I work with people from all levels. Importantly, I have also learnt how to plan my work, measure the work and analyse how I am doing.

The breadth of exposure to different aspects of the education sector at New Leaders Foundation is unparalleled, but what has really made it an incredible place to launch my career is the people. I have learned so much from my managers, peers and education stakeholders on how to solve complex education problems using data, how to manage projects, how to build strategic relationships, and how to manage effectively, all of which have been essential to my success at New Leaders Foundation.
